Episode 74 of InterBrews was recorded at New Republic Brewing Company in College Station. John Januskey, Logan Respess and Dean Brundage were our guests and we talked about a little bit of everything. Logan wowed us with his indepth yeast knowledge. John talked about the brewery’s roots and gave a rundown of all their delicious beers as well as a beer and food pairing combo with Go Go Apple Squeeze furnished by Cassie.. Dean gave us philosophical as well as financial advice on opening a business and gave a few book recommendations as well as insight into the brewery’s musical guest.
