Episode 224 of InterBrews finds us at Bearded Fox Brewing to wrap 2019. Marcus Garcia and Dustin Duff sat down with InterBrews host Josh Stewart to put a nice bow on the gift that was this year. We “sampled” many beers on a laid back day off recording session. Among the beers “sampled” was Brother Renard, Bearded Fox’s extremely enjoyable Belgian Tripel (pronounced Tripel, duh) and Wicked Fox, their Citra hop powered, lemony delight NEIPA. Also, rounding out the sampling was Aunt Rose lager because it’s delicious and you can’t not when at Bearded Fox.
Topics covered in this episode include a look back at 2019 and all the beers that were, the simple thoughts of man, why don’t Tex Mex restaurants carry craft?, when will Marcus be getting his Christmas tree up, why Dustin doesn’t recommend a Dyson, the balance of new beers vs tap space vs favorites brewed now, what’s coming in 2020 and much more. Also, Marcus and Dustin were kind enough to do a bonus segment for the InterBrews Patreon Pack, but hear that, you’ve got to become an InterBrews Patreon supporter. Thanks for listening to InterBrews in 2019 and watch out for new episodes in January and all through 2020. May you have the Merriest of Christmases and may God bless you all in 2020.
