Episode 69 was recorded on St Patty’s Day at Big Thicket Distillery. Josh along with TD Mike and Social Schomburg traveled out to Conroe, TX to visit Dan Bass and get into the “spirit” of distilling. Dan explained the process of making the spirits the Big Thicket way and showed how the process differs and relates to beer. We also tried their award wining Dog Trot Vodka, their Boomtown Whiskey and Bourbon. It was a super awesome time that broadened our horizons and cleared our sinuses. This is InterBrews
